7. Termination

7.2 Termination by Us

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and those arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aruvalai, its directors (Chandan Tiwari and Rajeev Kumar), officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your User Content
10. Dispute Resolution

10.3 Class Action Waiver
U.S. Users: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions (where permitted by law).
11. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via:
- Email notification (30 days before effective date)
- In-app notification
- Prominent notice on our website
Continued use of Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you must discontinue use.
